Now Hiring: Marketing Associate
Ecosystems is hiring for a junior marketing associate, marketing associate, or marketing lead (title depending on years of experience). This is a blended role supporting sales, marketing, and community, and would report to the Senior Director of Marketing & Community.
About You
You are a dynamic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You are competitive and goal-driven. You are able to take company-wide goals and break them down into actionable steps by quarter, month, and week. You track your progress and course-correct when necessary. You’re adept at project management, following up when necessary to get a project to be successful.
You are both an adept business communicator, writer, and designer. You want to own your own deliverables and make an immediate impact. You can weave compelling value stories with your flawless writing, research, and graphic design.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Primary Focus - Maintain website updates to content and product marketing using WebFlow
- Writing and approving written content (e.g., blogs, white papers)
- Doing research on individuals and companies that fit Ecosystems Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with the goal being to get discovery meetings for our sales team
- Writing and approving social media (primarily LinkedIn) graphics and posts
- Collaborating closely with our Graphic Designers, the Senior Director of Marketing, the Community Team, the Sales Team, and the Customer Success Team
- Preparing Google Slides or PowerPoint decks for Ecosystems sales and customer meetings, as well as global events
- Supporting all graphic design for global events such as kickoff, community regional meet-ups, and our annual conference, ELEVATE
- Helping with creating written content that will improve our Search-Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Creating and reviewing video content that showcases innovation and customer stories
- Pulling analytics and reports on various marketing activities such as event attendance, registrations, and email campaigns
- Measuring the impact of marketing activities on revenue
- Scheduling meetings and conferences

Your skills and experience must include the following:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3.5+ GPA
- Ability to successfully work in a remote environment on CST or EST timezones
- Design portfolio must be clearly linked on your resume
- Engaging in internal and external communication via Email, Slack, Video Conferencing, and Phone.
